Lyman Orchards and Clark Brothers Orchards were recognized for completing Equitable Food Initiative’s workforce development and leadership training on their mid-sized farming operations in the Northeast. The apple growers introduced the EFI program as a pilot partnership with produce marketer Red Tomato, during the 2017 growing season and have since adopted our food safety, pest management and worker well-being Standards around their supply chain.
