During the first episode, he talked about how consumers can have a positive impact on the food system and cited Equitable Food Initiative (EFI) as one of the programs to support.
EFI is creating healthier and safer working conditions for farmworkers by certifying farms under more than 300 rigorous standards on pest management, worker rights, and food safety.
