Build & Enhance Skills With Online Webinars, Seminars & Workshops

Beginning in 2024, EFI is pleased to present a range of learning and training opportunities for individuals and farming operations to better understand and apply key social responsibility concepts.

Webinars, seminars and courses are designed to align to the Ethical Charter on Responsible Labor Practices and provide introductory knowledge and skills to pursue EFI Certification. Seminars are offered as introductions to topics and workshops and courses dive deeper to build applicable knowledge and skills for managers, supervisors and workers.

Registering multiple attendees from a single farming operation creates shared knowledge to begin to implement key social responsibility initiatives.

Training topics will include:

  • improving communication and worker protections
  • creating a culture and systems to prevent harassment and discrimination across the operation
  • developing management systems that support social responsibility
  • introducing and embracing continuous improvement
  • sustainability and solving for retailer requirements
