This contest highlights the artistic talents within the produce industry, providing farmworkers with a platform to contribute to a resource that supports leadership and collaboration, the Leadership Team Training Manual. The illustrations reflect EFI’s core values—leadership, equity, teamwork, and continuous improvement in agriculture—but also represent compliance with the certification standards.

The criteria for the contest included all farmworkers and supervisors who work on an EFI-certified farm, who have received EFI training (for certification, ERGO, FLC) or served on an EFI worker-manager collaborative team. You can read more about the contest here.

The three (3) winners of this contest will received a monetary prize and the opportunity to be commissioned for future illustrations needed in other EFI manuals, training materials, and projects, based on the quality and style of their work.

The illustration with the most votes will be the winner of this contest. The second-most-voted illustration will take second place, and the third-most-voted illustration will secure third place in the contest.
