Webinar Description: 

This webinar is designed to equip produce professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement a trauma-informed approach in their daily work and larger organizations. From recognizing signs of trauma to implementing supportive policies and practices, attendees will learn practical strategies to enhance employee well-being, productivity, and organizational culture.

Who Should Attend:

Any staff member from fresh produce growers/packers. Members of HR teams, field managers, team leaders and other employees who work directly with Guest Workers are highly encouraged to join.

Format: 

Participants can expect 20 minute interview with Greta Matos and Vivian Page, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A from webinar participants. Total time, 30 minutes.
