Facilitation 101 is a bilingual course (English/Spanish) for supervisors, managers and trainers to build practical skills for leading teams. Held November 5–7, 2025, the course covers tools to guide group problem-solving, support participation across roles and languages, and strengthen team communication, ownership and results.
