Facilitation 102: Techniques and Tools for EFI Certification

Prerequisite: Facilitation 101: Training and Development
Course Overview: This course prepares individuals to become certified EFI Internal Trainers by covering the EFI curriculum, leadership training and essential trainer responsibilities. Participants will develop key skills in communication, conflict resolution and teamwork.
Learning Objectives:
- Demonstrate proficiency in delivering EFI core curriculum content effectively.
- Apply principles of inclusive learning to EFI training sessions.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences for adult learners within the EFI framework.
- Implement effective communication strategies in training and leadership contexts.
- Resolve conflicts constructively within a training environment.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to address challenges encountered during training sessions.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning atmosphere among EFI leadership teams.
- Demonstrate understanding of EFI program standards and their application in training.
- Develop a personal action plan for continuous improvement as an EFI Internal Trainer.
