Equitable Food Initiative (EFI) is a multi-stakeholder skill-building and certification organization committed to creating and sharing value in the produce industry for farmworkers, growers, retailers and consumers. EFI’s 2026 strategy is rooted in the belief that our workforce development solutions can support workers and growers to achieve both better business performance and higher levels of assurance. Our approach will create value for all stakeholders, beyond safer food and more responsible labor practices, by improving job and product quality while making work processes more efficient. EFI offers a great work culture: our staff encourages one another to innovate, to act boldly and to broaden perspectives, and we support one another through the ups and downs of our “disruptive design” approach to learning by doing.Working for EFI
