The EFI Leadership Team Training Manual Illustration Contest (“Contest”) invites eligible farmworker artists to submit original artwork for the cover and chapter inserts of the EFI Leadership Team Training Manual (the “Manual”). Winning entries will receive a monetary prize and the artists will retain ownership of their artwork, though EFI will hold exclusive usage rights for the Manual as outlined below. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of EFI, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
