A Day in the Life of a Farmworker

A Video Series By and About Farmworkers

bronze priceEFI’s Leadership Team Committee  informs the board of directors on issues related to workers on EFI-certified farms. The 14-member committee is made up of men and women who are workers and supervisors and perform a variety of job functions across different regions of EFI-certified farms. The Committee proposed, designed and filmed the videos in this series with the goal of bringing awareness of the hard work and skill that farmworkers exhibit every day to bring high-quality produce to market. Their strength, skills and pride in their work, despite the challenges, and the need for continued support, is brought to life in these films.
